At NUDEM, we design shapewear to fit and feel exceptional. If for any reason your order is not quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Your return must arrive back with us within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. Returns received after this timeframe may not be accepted. In certain cases, our Customer Care team may approve a late return at their discretion. Where approved outside the 14-day window, a refund will be issued as a NUDEM digital gift card, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, NUDEM items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Unaltered in any way
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Fitted with the original hygiene seal and security ribbon

All returned products are carefully inspected. If an item does not meet our return standards, it will be sent back to you via 2nd class post.

Please note, we can only process returns for items purchased directly through the official NUDEM website. Products bought through third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order via our website.

United Kingdom Returns

To request a return, please contact us at returns@nudemofficial.com with:

• Your order number
• Full name
• Reason for return

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

All UK returns are printer-free. You will receive a QR code that can be scanned at your selected drop-off location. If you prefer to print your own label, this option is available within the portal.

Once packaged securely, take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point.

A £2.50 restocking contribution will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding Malta and the UAE), returns must be made via email.

If you are returning from Malta or the UAE, please contact our Customer Care team directly for assistance.

International return fees (inclusive of restocking costs) are as follows:

• Europe – £15
• USA & Canada – £34.99
• Rest of World – £25

These fees will be deducted from your refund.

Important Information for US Customers

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are for working days. Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

International deliveries

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. For countries outside of Europe, customs and duties may be payable on arrival. These are not included in your order total.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid import fees, it will be returned to NUDEM in the UK. Refunds can only be processed once the items have been safely received back into our warehouse, which may take time.

In these circumstances, your refund will include:

• The value of the returned goods
• Minus the original shipping charge
• Minus any return import costs to the UK (charged at a flat £30)

We understand this may be frustrating and encourage you to contact our Customer Care team before ordering if you are unsure about potential charges.
